Felicita 2000: 50/50 Red Blend (Grenache and Tempranillo) Grenache is a Rhone varietal, but it is also widely planted in Spain where it is called Garnacha. Tempranillo is a Spanish varietal grown in the famed Rioja region of Spain. In the Rioja, Garnacha is used to round out and soften the Tempranillo wine. As such, Felicita was created in the classic Rioja style and aged in small American oak barrels for 12 months.

The Grenache and Tempranillo grapes were grown and harvested from the Guadalupe Valley, Baja California. 750ml bottle Wine Tasters Rating: 89 .
