Chateau Mayne Du Cros

Chateau Mayne du Cros
Bordeaux
Graves

In the heart of the GRAVES appellation (the only AOC bearing the name of the soil which characterizes it), the MAYNE du CROS estate is located in Cérons , on a pebbly plateau.
The particularity of these pebbles is to store up the sun's rays and to give off this heat at night.
This characteristic contributes to the high-quality ripening of our grapes in autumn.
The result is a Mayne de Cros Graves red with equal measures of body and finesse; the Mayne de Cros white is fruity and complex.

CHATEAU MAYNE DU CROS GRAVES WHITE
With golden tints, an expressive nose, lots of substance and power, complexity, length and perfect balance.
Can be kept for 8 to 10 years.
Very pleasant with all white meat dishes, and ideal with fish in sauce, seafood, quenelles and goat's cheese.

CHATEAU MAYNE DU CROS GRAVES RED
The Graves red wines are renowned for their great finesse and remarkable ageing potential.

Will enhance poultry and game-birds, grilled red meat, leg of lamb, mushrooms and cheeses.
