Harvesting and Vinification:
Green harvesting. Harvesting at the highest maturity. Sorting table to sort by hand.
Traditional Bordeaux methods for red wines, in temperature-controlled vats.
Around 20 days of maceration to extract the colour and aromas.
Then ageing in stainless steel tank for 12 months until bottling.

Tasting
Eye: Intense ruby red with vivid reflections.
Nose: The bouquet develops red fruit aromas with spicy nuances such as pepper.
Mouth: The attacks is supple,round, and well-balanced between tannin and red fruits.Good lenght in tannin and elegant notes of leather and game.
Nice instance of balance.

Accompaniment: It marries well with red meat, pork, Indian and Italian food.
It should be drunk at room temperature(17°).
