The white, clairet and red Château Haut Bertinerie are made from old vines of 30 to 50 years with yields of under 50 hectolitres per hectare.
Each wine is the result of a selection of terroir, grapes and blends of high organoleptic qualities.
The white and clairet are always fermented in new barrels and then aged in these like the red.
